Part of our trip to Salt Lake included taking Mom out for her Birthday. We had lots of fun and the food was Yummy! We ate at Zupa's, a soup, salad, and panini restaraunt. If you haven't eaten there, let me highly recommend it, everything is fresh. Mom was able to enjoy her daughters and some of her grandchildren. Then it was off to Kathryn's to do what mom love's best...Games.

Zupa's is great! A neighbor of ours brother-in-law owns it and she does marketing for it. I've only been there once but between your post and her being good at marketing it I really need to go back and get a Nut's about Berries.
